About Us

Our Founder

MZA’s Grief Nest was born from a deeply personal experience. Our founder, Nonhlanhla Ngwabi, lost her beloved brother and realized the profound isolation that comes when grief is not supported. This inspired her to create a sanctuary — a nest — where those grieving never have to suffer in silence.

Today, MZA’s Grief Nest is a professional, sustainable, and culturally sensitive grief support company bridging communities locally and in the diaspora.

Between Tears and Sunrise by Noe T Ngwabi

Synopsis – Between Tears and Sunrise Between Tears and Sunrise is a deeply personal journal-turned-book that chronicles a journey through grief, love, and healing after the untimely passing of the author’s younger brother in 2021 and later, her father. Written initially as private reflections, the words became a mirror for pain, resilience, and gradual transformation. This book captures the rawness of mourning, the silence of absence, and the fragile beauty of moments when hope begins to reappear. It blends honest journaling with reflections on faith, memory, and resilience, offering readers both companionship and guidance through the often isolating experience of loss. Beyond being a personal testimony, the book is also a gift to others who find themselves in the “grief limbo”, caught between holding on and letting go. It invites readers to honor their loved ones, embrace vulnerability, and walk gently toward sunrise after nights of sorrow.
